  A quiet, comfortable atmosphere so unlike the more corporate yoga studios that pack people in like sardines. The teachers truly care about your practice, are skilled, patient and always willing to lend an assist (sometimes with essential oils, which is a nice bonus). A great, safe place to go for anybody wishing to get into yoga at any level. And any class with Troy is special. There is no better studio in Orange County.

  Was referred to by a close friend. Experienced the warmest instructors . Made fast friends and could not start and end a week without my classes. I have become a part of a community of wonderful people.Not like any yoga studios i have ever joined.Love all the instructors.
