  I'm new to Pilates and wasn't sure I would be able to keep up. My first class was made up of both experienced and non. Andrea kept everyone on point regardless of their level of experience. Adjusting for each person. The studio is beautiful has a huge range of equipment and most important, expertise.

  I absolutely LOVE this place. It's a beautiful studio, clean and with all the equipment you could ever need. The instructors are so knowledgeable and kind and people taking class are so friendly. The classes are small which means you get great feedback from the teachers to help you improve your practice. I wish I could let everyone know about this great find!
